摘要
基于自动化生产的需求,针对易变形的小圆柱形炮泥产品,设计了一种自动化程度较高且操作简单的自动切料码垛设备。综合考虑对码垛设备的要求,该设计确定了设备结构、工作过程及不同机构之间的协作问题,确定了重要部件的技术参数,优化了机构尺寸,实现了高效平稳码垛,减少了工人的数量,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,达到了企业的生产要求。
In order to meet the rapid modernization of production needs a kind of automatic material cutting and palletizing equipment with high automation degree and simple operation is designed for this kind of small cylindrical product with easy deformation.Considering the requirement of stemming palletizing equipment,the structure,working process and cooperation between different mechanisms are designed.This design can determine the main technical parameters of important components,optimize the size of the mechanism,realize the efficient and stable palletizing,reduce the number of workers,improve the production efficiency,reduce the production cost,and meet the production requirements of the enterprise.
