摘要
针对某核电厂汽动辅助给水泵在首轮大修解体检查中,发现3台泵轴镀铬层存在“宏观裂纹”问题,从镀铬层的主要性能指标和影响镀铬层性能的因素出发,结合该泵轴的电镀工艺,对这些缺陷的原因、影响进行分析,并对后续改进措施进行探讨。
In the first round of overhaul disintegration for 6 steam auxiliary feed pumps in a nuclear power plant,it is found that there are macroscopic cracks on the chromium plating layer of 3 pump shafts.Based on the main performance indexes and the factors affecting the performance of the chromium plating layer,this paper analyzes the causes and effects of these defects in combination with the plating process of the pump shaft,and also studies the follow-up improvement measures.
