摘要
为了解决C系列飞机固定器类零件加工困难的问题,设计了一种典型的数控加工工艺。针对特殊结构,设计制造专用刀具。借助三维CAM软件,编制数控加工程序,合理制定刀具轨迹,生成数控机床专用NC代码。利用几何仿真软件,对NC代码进行仿真检查,避免撞刀、过切等意外情况的发生。最后,对典型零件进行实际的切削加工,零件的尺寸精度及外形精度均符合设计图样要求,表明了此加工工艺的可行性,为C系列飞机固定器类零件的数控加工提供了一种典型的工艺方案。
In order to solve the problem of difficult processing of retainer parts of C series aircraft,a typical CNC machining process is designed.For special structures,special tools are designed and manufactured.With the help of three-dimensional CAM software,the NC machining program is compiled,the tool trajectory is reasonably formulated,and the NC code for NC machine tools is generated.The geometric simulation software is used to simulate the NC code to avoid accidents such as collision and over-cutting.Finally,the actual cutting of typical parts is performed,and the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of the parts meet the design requirements.The feasibility of this machining process is proven to provide a typical technological solution for the CNC machining of C series aircraft retainer parts.
