新冠疫情对我国生鲜电商行业的冲击与机遇分析 被引量:11

摘要 受新冠疫情影响,春节期间我国生鲜电商行业的交易规模创历史新高,然而这种爆炸式的增长能否支撑生鲜电商行业长久蓬勃的发展还有待考量。此次新冠疫情给生鲜电商行业带来了新的机遇与挑战,并从成本、技术、资本、消费习惯及经营策略等方面提出了新的考验。因此,重构生鲜电商行业价值链、加速数字技术与人工智能在行业内的应用、推进运营模式与营销模式的创新、转变传统消费习惯、实现跨领域合作等,才能有效促进生鲜电商行业整体水平的提升及可持续发展。 Affected by the ongoing of COVID-19,the transaction size of fresh produce e-business in China hit a record high during the Spring Festival of 2020.However,it remains to be seen whether this explosive growth can sustain a long-term vigorous development of the industry.The outbreak of the pandemic has not only brought new opportunities but also posed new challenges in terms of cost,technology,capital,consumption habits and business strategies.The author believes that by reconstructing the value chain of fresh produce e-commerce,accelerating the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence,promoting the innovation of operation and marketing mode,changing traditional consumption habits and conducting cross-field cooperation,the overall level of fresh produce e-commerce can be effectively lifted and sustainable development of the industry can be realized.
