摘要
近年来,我国跨境电商快速崛起,出口业务与日俱增,这促使中国邮政及国内各大快递企业竞相拓展跨境电商出口物流业务。但随着国际小包终端费的改革,中国邮政小包终端费将面临大幅上涨,使得其在跨境物流市场中的竞争将更加激烈。本文分析了中国邮政出口跨境电商物流的发展形势,对比分析了中国邮政与国内主要出口跨境电商物流服务提供商的服务特点,指出了中国邮政出口跨境物流服务存在的优势与不足,并从微观和宏观两个方面提出了新形势下提高中国邮政出口跨境物流服务质量的发展策略。
In recent years,the rapid rise of China's cross-border e-commerce and the increasing export business have prompted China Post and major domestic express delivery companies to expand cross-border e-commerce export logistics business.However,with the reform of international small packet terminal fees,China Post will face a sharp rise in the fee that will heighten competition in the market.The paper,by analysing the development of China's export cross-border electricity postal logistics situation and characteristics of China Post and other main export cross-border logistics service providers,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages in the service and put forward development strategies to improve the quality of Chinese postal cross-border logistics services from macro and micro aspects under the new situation.
