γ能谱分析中放射性核素活度的 蒙卡修正方法及实验验证 被引量:6

Monte Carlo Correction Method and Experimental Verification of Radionuclide Activity in γ-Spectrum Analysis

摘要 利用蒙特卡罗工具(Geant4)探讨了放射性样品测量中活度的计算及修正,首先利用距探头25 cm处探测器对点源中不同能量γ射线的实验探测效率与模拟探测效率进行对比,优化探测器Monte Carlo几何模型;再根据对实际测量样品的几何规格测量及材料成分分析建立相应的体源模型,利用单能γ射线和级联γ衰变核素的源项设置计算符合相加修正因子;然后利用体源真空模型和土壤介质模型设置计算自吸收修正因子,利用计算到的探测效率和修正因子对样品进行活度分析,并将计算结果与被检测样品的参考值进行对比。经计算,该方法下土壤样品中241Am的计算结果与参考值之间的En值大于1,除该核素外,其余核素的En值均小于1,由此表明,基于Geant4建立的探测器Monte Carlo模型可用于放射性样品中核素活度的准确分析。 This work investigated the activity calculation and correction of radioactive samples by using the Monte Carlo toolkit( Geant4). The reliability of the Monte Carlo model was optimized by comparing the experiment and simulation detection efficiency of different energy γ-rays of point source,which is at a distance of 25 cm from the probe. Secondly,according to the analysis of the geometric dimension and chemical composition of the sample,the corresponding volume source models were established. The setting of the monoenergetic γ-rays and cascade γ-decay source was used to calculate the coincidence-summing correction coefficient,and the vacuum model of the volume source and soil medium model were introduced to calculate the self-attenuation correction factor. The activity of samples was analyzed by using the calculated detection efficiency and correction factors,which was compared with the reference value. The En value between the calculated value of 241Am and the reference value in the soil sample under this method is greater than 1,and the En values of the other nuclides are less than 1,which indicates that the Monte Carlo model established by using Geant4 can be applied for accurate analysis of nuclide activity in radioactive samples.
