成都地区无偿献血人群HTLV筛查情况分析

Analysis of the prevalence of HTLV Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection among voluntary blood donors in Chengdu,China

目的调查成都地区献血者人类T淋巴细胞白血病病毒(human T-lymphotropic virus,HTLV)感染情况,为该地区血液安全筛查策略的制定提供参考。方法采用国产双抗原夹心法ELISA试剂对无偿献血者人群进行HTLVⅠ/Ⅱ抽样筛查,初筛反应性标本进行双孔复试,复试反应性标本送卫健委临检中心使用蛋白印迹法和核酸检测进一步确认。结果 70 926份献血者标本共筛选出45份反应性,为0.06%,经确认2份阳性, 2份不确定,41份阴性。结论成都地区无偿献血人群存在着一定比例的HTLV感染,有必要扩大筛查量及进行抗-HTLV确认和追踪研究,为是否将HTLV纳入当地献血者血液筛查提供依据。

Objective To study the the prevalence of HTLV Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection among voluntary blood donors in Chengdu, so as to provide some preliminary data that could warrant further studies on the blood screening strategy in this region.Methods HTLV Ⅰ/Ⅱ screening of some blood samples from voluntary blood donors were performed by domestic sandwich ELISA reagent, and the initially reactive samples were retested twice. The repeat-reactive samples were sent to National Center for Clinical Laboratories for further confirmation by Westen Blot(WB) and nucleic acid test(NAT).Results 45(0.06%) blood samples out of 70 956 donors were initially active, among which 2 cases were confirmed positive by WB,41 negative and 2 remained uncertain. Conclusion The endemic prevalence of HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection in Chengdu blood donors obtained by this study could assist in determining the advisability of implementing selective anti-HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ screening of blood donors.
