摘要
目的监测本院输血科所属全部冰箱各种温度测量方法的可靠性。方法使用冷链监控装置(简称冷链)、冰箱自带的数码显示器(简称冰箱温显)、经过校准的温度计(简称温度计)进行测量,将收集到的结果进行统计学分析。结果冷链温度&温度计温度、冷链温度&冰箱温显温度、温度计温度&冰箱温显温度这3对数据中,大部分有统计学差异。而冷藏冰箱温显的冷链温度&冰箱温显温度、温度计温度&冰箱温显温度这2对相关性较好。分别对3对进行曲线估计,均得到正相关的一次函数。结论 3种温度监控措施中,以校准温度计为准,其余2项均需根据计算出的曲线进行相应调整。
Objective To study the reliability of measuring instruments and monitor solutions to refrigerator temperatures in Transfusion Department of our hospital.Methods The measured data collected from such instruments as temperature monitoring system of cold chain(referred as instrument 1), built-in digital monitoring of the refrigerator(referred as instrument 2) and calibrated thermometer(referred as instrument 3) were analyzed statistically. Results Most significant differences were seen in temperatures collected by these three pairs of instruments: instrument 1 and 3, instrument 1 and 2, as well as instrument 3 and 2. Data collected via such two pairs as instrument 1 and 2, instrument 3 and 2 were more relevant. The curves of these three pairs were calculated by SPSS respectively, and positive correlations were obtained in all. Conclusion Taking the calibrated thermometer as the standard, the other two instruments need to be adjusted according to the calculated curve.
