摘要
氨酰-tRNA合成酶(aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase,aaRS)在各种生物蛋白质的合成过程发挥了重要的作用,其专一性结合氨基酸的能力保证了生物体基因组的正确表达。与此同时,越来越多的研究表明其在胞外同样发挥着重要的生物学功能。因此,以aaRS为靶点的新药研究引起了越来越多的关注。本文从aaRS的结构出发,对其在细胞内外的生物功能以及在近几年药物研究中的应用进行概述。
Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are the enzymes which play an important role in the protein synthesis in organisms.Their capacity of combining amino acid specifically guarantees the veracity of gene expression.Many studies show that they also have essential function outside the cell.Therefore,drug development targeting these enzymes has attracted much research.Based on the structure of aminoacyl t-RNA synthetase,this article summarized the biological function both inside and outside the cell and application in drug development in the past years.
