软团聚碳酸钙纳米颗粒在小鼠体内组织分布及毒性考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察软团聚碳酸钙纳米颗粒在小鼠体内的分布和急、慢性毒性。方法 采用油包水反相微乳液法制备软团聚碳酸钙荧光纳米颗粒,进行小鼠活体和离体组织荧光成像分析;并对连续灌胃给药10、20、30 d的小鼠进行组织HE染色分析。结果荧光成像分析仅在消化道检测到荧光,其他组织未测到荧光;HE染色切片结果显示仅肝脏有稍许水肿,但未见明显病变,其他组织未见任何明显病理改变。结论软团聚碳酸钙纳米颗粒口服给药在组织器官中未见明显分布,安全性良好。 Objective To determine the distribution and acute and chronic toxicities of soft agglomerated calcium carbonate nanoparticles in mice.Methods Fluorescence imaging of soft agglomerated calcium carbonate fluorescent nanoparticles prepared by water in oil reverse microemulsion method was analyzed in vivo and in vitro.We evaluated the tissue damage by HE staining of histopathological sections in intragastrically administrated mice with soft agglomerated calcium carbonate nanoparticles at 10,20 and 30 post-administration days.Results Fluorescence was detected only in the gastrointestinal tract,and not in other tissues.HE staining showed a small amount of edema only in the liver without apparent lesions.No obvious pathological changes were detected in other tissues and organs.Conclusion No apparent soft agglomerated calcium carbonate nanoparticles are found in important organs or tissues after oral administration,which proved the safety is good.
