1例妊娠合并先天性长QT综合征伴低钾血症患者的药学实践

Pharmaceutical care for a pregnant patient with congenital long QT syndrome and hypokalemia

临床药师针对本院收治的1名妊娠合并先天性长QT综合征伴低钾血症患者的特殊情况,对围产期使用缩宫素的安全性进行评估、对补钾制剂的选择进行分析,给临床医师提供药物使用安全性信息及用法参考和建议,并进行了全程的相关药学监护。最终该患者顺利娩出1名健康女婴,随访至产后1年,无不良事件发生。

Clinical pharmacists provided a full-course pharmaceutical care for a gestational patient with congenital long QT syndrome with hypokalemia.Based on professional knowledge and literature research,clinical pharmacists evaluated the safety of oxytocin in the perinatal period,analyzed the selection of potassium supplements,and provided reference and suggestions for the safe use of drugs.Finally,the patient successfully delivered a healthy girl under full and close monitoring.No adverse events occurred during the 1 year postpartum follow-up.
