煤层气井负压排采智能评价系统研制 被引量:3

摘要 本文就如何促进负压排采技术的理论基础完善,使煤层气产量日益下降的老井实现再次稳产的问题,提出了以科技创新来推动技术应用,达到老井二次稳产的目的。因此,自主开发了煤层气负压排采参数与井况适应性智能评价系统,弥补当前负压排采参数与井况适应性评价方法的不足,弥补井底流压监测手段的不足。研究表明,运用负压排采智能管理模式,对今后更好地指导现场煤层气井开发生产以及推广至地质特征、生产特征相似的煤层气区块具有重要的增产意义,同时是很好的精细化管理方法和降本增效措施,取得了良好的试验效果和宝贵的实践经验。 In order to promote the improvement of the theoretical basis of negative pressure drainage technology and realize the stable production of outdated CBM wells, the paper proposes the application of new technology by S&T innovation. The intelligent evaluation system is independently developed to adapt the parameters of CBM negative pressure drainage and conditions of CBM wells and compensate the shortage of adaptability evaluation for the parameters of negative pressure drainage and well conditions, as well as the shortage of bottom hole flowing pressure monitoring. The study result shows the intelligent management mode of negative pressure drainage could provide a better guidance to the on-site development and production of CBM, and the promotion of this mode to CBM Blocks with similar geological and production conditions is of important significance to increase CBM production. It is also a good way of fine management and a measure to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, which have been achieved remarkable test results and valuable experience.
