摘要 此罐高自动测量系统是基于对激光传感技术的应用。整套系统是自主设计开发并独立制作完成的,在实际生产中,其完全可以替代原煤气储气罐罐容仪。相对原罐容系统,由于此系统采用了激光测量的方式,其具有自动化程度高、测量准确的特点;由于其采用了非接触式测量方式,消除了原系统因机械应力而经常发生的安全隐患;由于其具有维修维护简单的特点,有效降低了生产成本。 This tank altitude automatic measurement system is based on the application of laser sensing technology. The system is independently developed and produced, and can completely replay the original volume instrument of gas tank. Compared with the original gas volume system, it adopts the laser measuring method and has the features of high level of automation and accuracy of measurement. The non-contact measuring method it adopts could eliminate the potential safety issues caused by mechanical stress in the original system. It also could reduce the production cost since the repair and maintenance is simple.
