内热针治疗腰椎小关节病的临床观察

Clinical observation of inner heating needle therapy for lumbar facet joint disease

目的观察内热针治疗腰椎小关节病的临床疗效。方法将130例腰椎小关节病患者随机分为治疗组65例、对照组65例,剔除脱落病例后治疗组60例、对照组52例。治疗组予内热针治疗,对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。观察2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果 2组VAS评分治疗后较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低明显,2组治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组Oswestry功能障碍指数治疗后较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低明显,2组治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论内热针治疗可以缓解患者腰痛症状,改善腰椎功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of inner heating needle therapy in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disease. Methods 130 patients with lumbar facet joint disease were randomly assigned to the treatment group and control group with 65 cases in each group. There were 60 cases in the treatment group and 52 cases in the control group after the shedding cases were excluded. The treatment group received the inner heating needle therapy while the control group took ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. The visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Oswestry disability index were observed. Results VAS scores after treatment declined in both groups(P<0.05), sinificanly more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior than the control group. The Oswestry disability index after treatment was significantly lowered, as compared with those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05), more obvious in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was superior than the control group. Conclusions The inner heating needle therapy can effectively relieve low back pain and improve the function of lumbar vertebrae in the lumbar facet joint disease.
