郭维琴教授治疗老年高血压病的临床经验

老年高血压病根据临床症状,属中医"眩晕""头痛"等范畴。郭维琴教授认为老年高血压病大多因肝肾亏虚、水不涵木、肝阳上亢所致,亦常兼脾虚湿阻、清阳不升,并强调瘀血贯穿疾病始终。郭教授在临床治疗中,滋补肝肾以培元,平肝清肝以治标,活血化瘀以通脉,重视健脾祛湿,并灵活运用虫类药物,形成了自己独特的辨治特点。结合临床病案对郭教授治疗老年高血压病的诊疗思路和用药经验进行介绍。

According to its clinical symptoms, hypertension in the elderly falls into the categories of "vertigo" and "headache" in Chinese medicine. Pro. Guo Weiqin believes that elderly hypertensive diseases are mostly caused by liver yang hyperactivity resulting from liver-kidney deficiency and water failing to enrich wood. This disease is often accompanied by dampness resulting from spleen deficiency and Qingyang failing to ascend. She emphasizes that blood stasis runs through the disease. In clinical treatment, Prof. Guo nourishes the liver and kidney to eradicate the root cause, calms the liver and clears the liver to treat the symptoms, promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis to unblock the vessels, attaches importance to strengthening the spleen and removing dampness, and flexibly uses insect drugs to form her own unique characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Combined with clinical cases, this paper introduces Pro. Guo’s thinking and experience in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly.
