李曰庆教授运用开郁至神汤加减治疗男性更年期综合征的临床经验

Prof. Li Yueqing’s clinical experience in treating male climacteric syndrome with Kaiyu Zhishen Decoction

男性更年期综合征多见于中老年男性,根据其症状表现可归为中医"郁证""脏躁"等的范畴。李曰庆教授认为男性更年期综合征与肾、肝、脾关系密切,主要病机为肾虚肝郁、湿热互结。李教授以补肾疏肝、清热利湿为法,临床运用开郁至神汤加减进行治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。结合临床病例对李教授治疗男性更年期综合征的诊疗思路和用药经验进行介绍。

Male climacteric syndrome is more common in middle-aged and elderly men, and can be classified into the depression pattern and intestinal dryness pattern in traditional Chinese medicine according to its symptoms. Professor Li Yueqing believes that the male climacteric syndrome in elderly men is closely related to the kidney, liver and spleen. The main pathogenesis is kidney deficiency, liver stagnation, and binding of dampness and heat. Professor Li took the treatment method of nourishing the kidney and liver, clearing fire and removing dampness, and clinically used Kaiyu Zhishen Decoction, with good clinical efficacy. With clinical cases, Professor Li’s diagnosis and treatment of male climacteric syndrome in elderly men and medication experience are introduced.
