供给侧改革视阈下高校继续教育发展路径研究

On the Development Path of Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

供给侧改革是新时期国家扩大有效供给和实现经济高质量发展的重大战略举措。近年来,需求侧主导下的高校继续教育出现供给结构不合理、供给质量不高、供给创新力不足、管理机制不健全等一系列令人堪忧的问题,严重阻碍其可持续发展。反思不足之处、审时度势,借供给侧改革之力,提出调整供给结构,实现供需均衡;以学习者为中心,提供高质量资源供给;对接市场需求,提高供给创新能力;应用信息化手段,建立规范管理机制等全新发展路径。

As an important strategic measure,the supply-side reform aims to increase the effective supply and achieve high-quality development in the new era.The continuing education of colleges and universities has been dominated by demand side and some disturbing problems have appeared in recent years such as unreasonable supply structure,poor quality,lack of innovation,unsound management mechanism,and seriously impeded the sustainable development of continuing education.This paper puts forward the following measures and new development paths on the basis of reflection on the shortcomings and consideration of the situation.Firstly,adjust the supply structure with the aid of the supply-side reform to seek balance between supply and demand;Secondly,provide learner-centered resources with high quality;Thirdly,improve the ability to innovate in accord with the market;Fourthly,apply information technology and establish a standard system for management.
