摘要
全面了解我国高校教师教学发展中心的现状是优化和提升教学中心功效的基础。我国高校教师教学发展中心已经历一段发展过程,并取得一定成效。通过对其历史沿革和建设现状的梳理,发现我国高校教师教学发展中心存在目标定位不明确,发展边界模糊;组织结构不科学,内生动力不足;服务机制不完善,覆盖面不够广;评价体系不健全,效能评估困难;特色创新缺乏,趋同现象严重等问题。根据研究发现提出针对性的优化对策以确保高校教师教学发展中心实质性作用的有效发挥。
A comprehensive understanding of the status quo of teaching and learning development center in universities of China is the basis for optimizing and improving the effectiveness of the teaching centers.The teaching and learning development center in universities of China has gone through a period of development and achieved some results,but still there are such problems as-unclear target positioning and blurred development boundaries;unscientific organizational structure and insufficient endogenous motivation;imperfect service mechanism and insufficient coverage;inadequate evaluation system;lack of characteristic innovation.This paper puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures to ensure the effective play of the substantive role of the development center for teaching and learning in the universities of China.
