教师微认证的体系构建与应用探索:美国的经验及启示 被引量:1

The System Construction and Application Exploration of Teacher Micro-credentials:Experiences and Enlightenment from the United States

摘要 基于美国教师专业学习的现实需求和信息技术的不断发展,教师微认证应运而生。美国教师微认证的生态体系主要包括微认证的参与角色、开发框架、获取步骤和评估四个方面;在实践应用中,微认证拓宽了教师专业学习路径、改进了教师资格认证方式,提升了教师领导力。借鉴美国的经验,我国应建立强大的微认证平台、以专业标准为依据开发微认证、扩大微认证的实施范围并制定适宜的激励政策。 Based on the practical needs of American teachers’professional learning and the continuous development of information technology,teacher micro-credentials came into being.The teacher micro-credentials ecosystem mainly includes the four participation roles,development framework,acquisition steps and evaluation.In practical applications,micro-credentials broadens the teacher’s professional learning path,improves teacher qualification certification methods,and enhances teacher leadership development.Drawing on the experience of the United States,we should establish a powerful micro-credentials platform,design micro-credentials based on professional standards,expand the scope of micro-credentials implementation,and formulate appropriate incentive policies in China.
