基于利益相关者理论的应用型高校产业学院的发展机遇和挑战

Development Opportunities and Challenges of Industrial Faculties in Application-oriented Universities Based on the Stakeholder Theory

在大数据、人工智能、互联网等社会背景下,不少应用型高校开始尝试创办形式多样的产业学院。产业学院逐渐成为校企合作、产教融合人才培养模式的新探索。本文基于利益相关者理论,剖析了产业学院的四大主要利益相关者:学生、高校、企业、政府,并利用SWOT法分析了产业学院目前的形势,并依托各利益主体从理论方面提出了产业学院今后的发展路径。本文的研究,对于应用型高校产业学院的建设与发展,有一定的积极借鉴意义。

Against the social background of big data,artificial intelligence,Internet etc.,Many application-oriented universities have established various kinds of industrial faculties,which are actually conducting an exploration of a new personnel training mode through school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration.Based on the stakeholder theory,this paper studies the four major stakeholders of the industrial faculty:students,universities,enterprises and governments,and analyzes the current situation of the industrial faculty by the SWOT method,and puts forward the right future development path for the industrial faculty from the theoretical perspective.The study is of positive significance for the construction and development of industrial faculties in application-oriented universities.
