摘要
理清我国商业银行理财子公司发展的现状及潜在问题,并针对性提出解决建议,有利于维护良好金融环境,推动我国金融市场健康发展,深化金融创新。本文分析认为,相比银行的传统理财业务,理财子公司具备独特的竞争优势,并已成为我国银行开展理财业务的大势所趋。但目前,其在发展过程中仍存在产品竞争压力较大、与“母行”界限不清、受疫情影响导致资产配置压力增加等问题。本文针对上述问题从提升理财产品市场竞争力,提升独立营运水平和提高投研能力建设三个方面提出建议。
Understanding the development status and potential problems of China's commercial banks'financial management subsidiary,and forming targeted solutions accordingly is conducive to maintaining a sound financial environment,promoting the healthy development of China's financial market and deepening financial innovation.This paper argues that compared with traditional financial services of banks,financial management subsidiary have unique competitive advantages and have become a general trend of China's banks to carry out financial services;however,presently there are still some problems in the developing process of the financial management subsidiary,such as high pressure of product competition,unclear boundary with their"mother banks",and increased pressure on asset allocation caused by the epidemic.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects:improving the market competitiveness of financial products,enhancing the independent operation level and strengthening the construction of investment and research capacity.
