Reform on Management Measures of Chinese Law Firms

面对全球化法律服务市场,我国律师事务所因规模小、管理落后等原因,难以适应市场需求。本文对我国现有律师事务所管理存在的问题进行简要阐述,认为我国律师事务所应创新管理方式,以市场和客户需求为导向,引入现代企业管理模式,从人才培养、专业化和品牌建设等方面着手,以适应法律服务市场需求,力争使各项资源配置达到帕累托最优状态,以增强律师事务所的综合实力和国际竞争力。

Facing the global legal service market,it is difficult for Chinese law firms to adapt to the market demand due to its small scale and backward management.This paper briefly expounds the problems existing in the management of the existing law firms in China and concludes that Chinese law firms should take the market and customer demand as guidance,and innovate their management mode,for example,to take the modern business management mode.Additionally,it suggests that to meet the demand of the legal service market,China’s law firms should strive to make the allocation of resources reach the Pareto optimal state through talent cultivation,specialization and brand building so as to enhance their comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.
