从印刷的科学属性看印刷功能的漂移(下) 被引量:8

摘要 本文上篇对印刷的科学属性进行的分析,为印刷功能由传播向制造端漂移的内在原因的探究提供了理论基础;本篇则分类归纳介绍了印刷在诸多制造领域的应用情况,结合大量的应用案例分析,进一步阐述了这些应用的科学原理及其所产生的显著效果。可以发现,印刷在数字制造、电子、显示、新能源(电池)及新材料和生物医疗等领域的应用,分别催生了3D打印、印刷电子、印刷显示、印刷电池及生物印刷和微结构功能材料等可改变未来的新兴产业,为此,本文提出"泛在印刷"的概念,认为印刷的科学属性决定了其具有广泛的适用性,印刷将渗透于国民经济的各个行业和人们日常生活的方方面面,具有巨大的产业应用价值和前途光明的未来。 In the first part of this article,the analysis of the scientific attributes of printing provided a theoretical basis for the investigation of the internal reasons of the drift of printing functions from the spread information to the manufacturing end.In this section,the applications of printing in many manufacturing fields were classified,summarized and introduced.And a large number of application cases and analyses were given,to further explain the scientific principles of these applications and their significant effects.It can be found that the application of printing in the fields of digital manufacturing,electronics,display,new energy(battery)and new materials,and biomedicine,has spawned 3 D printing,printed electronics,printed display,printed batteries,biological printing and microstructure functional materials.These emerging industries may change our future.Therefore,the concept of"ubiquitous printing"was puts forward,which considers the wide applicability determined by scientific nature of printing.In the future,printing will be applied to various industries of the national economy and people’s daily life,which has widely industrial application value and promising future.
