摘要
本研究通过在纸张和镀铝层间增加双层新型水性保润涂布液,结合纸张深加工技术制得一种新型水性双涂转移纸包装保润材料。首先对该新型水性双涂转移纸包装保润材料进行烟支保润性能测试,接着对新型水性保润涂布液的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)指标进行分析,并通过上机实验验证了双层新型水性保润涂布液涂布工艺的可行性。结果表明:新型水性双涂转移纸包装保润材料满足烟草制品包装保润需求,也为保润包装材料选择提供了新思路。
In this study, a new double-layer composite water-based coating material was prepared by adding multiple layers of water-based coating material between the paper and the aluminum layer and combining paper deep processing technology. Firstly, the new moisture-proof packaging materials were used to test the moisture retention performance of tobacco shreds, then the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) indicators of the new materials were analyzed, and the feasibility of the double-layer composite coating process was verified by printing test. The results showed that the new coated packaging material structure can meet the needs of tobacco products moisture retention, and also provides a new ideas for the selection of while tobacco moisture retention packaging material.
