摘要
以大果型高产材料P09-2为母本、中果型高油酸材料冀0607-19为父本进行有性杂交和系统选育,采用Master-R1手持式折射仪和气相色谱仪进行脂肪酸成分检测,选育出高产、高油酸大果型花生新品种菏花11号。该品种油酸含量80.35%、百果重240.4 g、百仁重89.5 g,荚果产量7909.5 kg/hm^2,适宜在山东省以及黄淮区域春播和夏播种植。
A new big fruit type peanut variety Hehua No.11 with high-yield and high oleic acid was selected by crossing with the big fruit type and high-yield female P09-2 and the medium fruit type and high oleic acid male 0607-19.The fatty acid composition of Hehua No.11 was detected using Master-R1 refractometer and gas chromatograph.The oleic acid content was 80.35%,the fruit weight was 240.4 g,the kernel weight was 89.5 g and the pod yield was 7909.5 kg/hm^2.It is suitable for spring and summer sowing in Shandong Province and Huang-Huai region.
