摘要 教师专业能力是教育教学质量的最重要保障。根据教师的职业特点,教师专业能力的发展必须是在教育实践中形成的,是动态的不断发展的过程。因此在教师职业生涯过程中只有持续不断的成长,不断更新自己的知识体系,才能与时俱进,满足时代对人才培养的需求。新课程改革后要求教师不仅是知识的传递者,同时也是教育教学的研究者,教师的研究是一个学习、实践、反思、再实践的过程。小课题研究符合教师教育实践中实际的需求,使教师成为研究的主体,引领着教师在教学中不断重构实践性知识,获得符合自身个性化的专业能力的发展。使教师形成勤于学习、乐于反思的研究样态。本文将从教师专业发展的概念,教师专业发展的历史进程、课题研究与教师专业发展有机结合几方面进行阐述。 The professional ability of teachers is the most important guarantee factor for the quality of education.According to the characteristics of teachers’profession,the development of professional ability is carried out in the practice of education,which has strong practicality.After the new curriculum reform,teachers are required to be not only the transmitter of knowledge,but also the researcher of education and teaching.Small topic research meets the actual needs of teachers’education practice,makes teachers become the main body of research,guides teachers to constantly reconstruct practical knowledge,and obtains the promotion of their own personalized professional ability.So that teachers form a study atmosphere that is diligent in learning and willing to reflect.In this paper,the concept of teachers’professional development,the historical process of teachers’professional development,and the promotion of teachers’professional development by subject research are discussed.
