防疫背景下线上课例研究模式的实践创新——乡村教师培训的创新实践 被引量:1

摘要 疫情防控背景下线上培训成为制定教师培训应急预案的刚需,借助微信平台开展课例研究不仅可以营造一种时时萦绕在教师周遭的、自然的学习生境,而且可以规避大规模人群聚集与流动带来的疫情风险。本文以乡村教师这个特殊群体为研究对象,阐述了微信平台下以课例研究助推教师专业发展的统筹运作机制、课程化实施机制。实践经验不只对当下防疫工作有积极作用,而且对于疫情后的教师培训变革具有借鉴价值。 Under the background of epidemic prevention;online teacher training become the rigid demand for making contingency plans.The lesson study with the help of WeChat platform can not only create a natural learning environment which is ringing around teachers,but also can avoid disease risk which is bringed by large crowds gathered.In the paper,the operation system,curriculum implementation mechanism of lesson study on Wechat platform were introduced,which was took Rural teachers as the research object.Practical experience is not only a positive contribution for the epidemic prevention,but also is value for teacher training change after the outbreak.
