高校精细化管理模式探究

精细化管理是科学化管理的重要内容与组成部分。在高校的各项管理工作中运用精细化管理模式,能够推动高校管理目标的更好实现,管理效率与管理水平的更好提升。特别是在高校的后勤管理工作中,由于高校后勤管理的内容与形式比较复杂与繁多,在后勤管理上存在很多的难题。运用精细化管理模式能够更加规范与高效地对后勤各项工作实施针对性管理,使得各项后勤管理工作得到更好的落实与完成。本文主要对高校后勤管理中精细化管理模式的应用策略与方法进行探究与分析,旨在充分地发挥出精细化管理模式的作用与价值,推动高校后勤管理效率、管理质量的更好提高。

Fine management is an important part of scientific management.In the management of colleges and universities,the use of fine management mode can promote the better realization of university management objectives,and improve the management efficiency and management level.Especially in the logistics management of colleges and universities,because the content and form of logistics management are more complex and various,there are many problems in logistics management.The use of fine management mode can be more standardized and efficient for the implementation of targeted logistics management,so that the logistics management work can be better implemented and completed.This paper mainly explores and analyzes the application strategies and methods of fine management mode in college logistics management,aiming to give full play to the role and value of refined management mode,and promote the better improvement of the efficiency and quality of university logistics management.
