研究生招生规模的不断扩大导致生源整体质量下滑,在研究生培养过程中出现诸多问题。如何培养合格的研究生成为大家讨论的热门话题。尝试构建包括基本科学知识、基础科研素养、信息综合能力、科研创新能力以及导师责任的这样一种“4+1”模式的体系,进行研究生各项能力的培训,努力实现输出合格毕业生。

The continuous expansion of the scale of graduate enrollment leads to the decline of the overall quality of students,and there are many problems in the process of postgraduate training.How to train qualified graduate students has become a hot topic.This paper attempts to construct such a"4+1"mode system including basic scientific knowledge,basic scientific research literacy,information comprehensive ability,scientific research innovation ability and tutor's responsibility,so as to train graduate students'various abilities and strive to output qualified graduates.
