基于快乐体育视角下的高校排球教学策略

On Volleyball Teaching Strategies in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Happy Sports

排球运动在我国虽然受到广大运动者的喜爱,但是其开展力度远不如篮球和足球,尤其是在高校中受到的关注非常有限。“灌输式”的教学方式是目前高校排球教学中最为常见的形式,这就导致了一种奇怪现象的出现,即学生对排球运动普遍存在抵触情绪。随着全民健身运动的发展,全国各校体育强调以“快乐体育”为目标开展多样化活动,因此,我们必须着力改革排球教育的模式,为学生创作一个轻松、愉快的排球学习与训练氛围。本文就基于快乐体育的视角探讨了高校排球的具体教学策略。

Although volleyball in our country is loved by the majority of athletes,but its development is far less than basketball and football,especially in colleges and universities received very limited attention.The"Inculcation"teaching method is the most common form of volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,which leads to a strange phenomenon,that is,students are generally resistant to volleyball.With the development of the national fitness movement,the physical education in schools all over the country emphasizes to carry out diversified activities with the goal of"Happy Sports".Therefore,we must focus on reforming the mode of volleyball education and create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for students to learn and train volleyball.Based on the perspective of happy sports,this paper discusses the specific teaching strategies of college volleyball.
