基于倾听策略提高辅导员“谈心谈话”工作实效的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Improving the Effectiveness of Counselors'Heart to Heart Talk Based on Listening Strategy

谈心谈话工作是辅导员日常开展的一项重要工作,倾听是谈心谈话过程中一个重要的环节。倾听能让话者有时间感受融洽的交流空间,充分感受自我情绪并最大限度客观地表述事实。在辅导员工作中,恰当的运用倾听策略可提高对学生育人工作的实效,是一个值得探索的课题。本人在湖南工业大学科技学院学生工作中运用倾听策略并实践,取得了良好的效果。

Heart to heart talk is an important work for counselors,and listening is an important link in the process of heart to heart talk.Listening can give the speaker time to feel the harmonious communication space,fully feel the self emotion and express the fact as objectively as possible.In the work of counselors,the proper use of listening strategies can improve the effectiveness of students'education,which is a subject worth exploring.The author uses listening strategy and practice in College of Science and Technology of Hunan University of Technology,and achieved good results.
