广州公益模式对南京高校志愿服务发展可借鉴性研究

A Study on the Reference of Guangzhou Public Welfare Model to the Development of University Volunteer Service in Nanjing

志愿服务在社会建设、社会管理的地位日趋重要,同时,志愿服务也在高校发展中承担着实践育人的重要使命。广州作为改革开放最前沿的地方,志愿服务在运营模式、制度化建设、专业化建设、支持体系等领域都较为领先。本研究以广州市部分志愿组织为例,以志愿服务模式为研究内容,在了解广州市志愿服务发展现状的基础上,对比南京市高校志愿服务发展现状及瓶颈,提出相应的思考及建议,以期为实现南京高校志愿服务可持续发展提供参考。

Voluntary service plays an increasingly important role in social construction and social management.At the same time,voluntary service also undertakes the important mission of practical education in the development of colleges and universities.Guangzhou,as the forefront of reform and opening up,takes the lead in the fields of operation mode,institutional construction,professional construction and support system.This study takes some volunteer organizations in Guangzhou as an example,takes the volunteer service mode as the research content,on the basis of understanding the current situation of the development of voluntary service in Guangzhou,compares the development status and bottleneck of university volunteer service in Nanjing,and puts forward corresponding thinking and suggestions,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of voluntary service in colleges and universities in Nanjing.
