眼针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Stroke with Dysphagia

[目的]观察眼针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的临床疗效。[方法]以2016年6月至2019年3月于辽宁中医药大学附属医院神经内科诊治的70例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组患者进行康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行眼针治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、改良Barthel指数评估量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表的评分,并对临床治疗有效率进行比较。[结果]与治疗前比较,治疗后两组洼田饮水试验评分、PSQI评分、HAMD评分、Barthel评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组各项评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(91.42%)明显高于对照组(74.28%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针联合康复训练能够改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,有效提高脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者的生活质量。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on stroke with dysphagia.[Methods]A total of 70 stroke patients with dysphagia diagnosed and treated in the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to March 2019 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with rehabilitation training,and observation group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of control group.The scores of kubota drinking water test score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)Scale,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),modified Barthel index evaluation scale,and Fugl-Meyer motor function scale were observed and compared before and after treatment.[Results]After treatment,the scores of kubota drinking water test scores,PSQI scores,HAMD scores,Barthel scores,and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group after treatment were better than control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of observation group(91.42%)was significantly higher than that of control group(74.28%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the swallowing function of stroke patients and effectively improve the quality of life of stroke patients with dysphagia.
