摘要
[目的]了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发热留观患者的心理体验,为进一步改善患者就医体验、提供优质护理提供参考依据。[方法]采用描述性现象学研究方法,对2020年2月10日至17日在发热门诊留观的10名患者进行访谈,并对访谈资料运用Colaizzi法进行分析。[结果]提炼出两个主题,主题一为隔离留观期间的积极体验包括自信、乐观的心态,理性、客观的疫情认识,强烈的社会责任感,对个人和社会的反思、肯定现有医疗服务;主题二为隔离留观期间的负性体验包括无奈、矛盾,担心、恐惧,对后续医疗服务的不确定感,对相关政策的不理解。[结论]隔离留观患者主要存在恐惧、担心、矛盾等负性心理,医院应采取多种措施加强患者心理护理,同时做好患者个性化健康教育,改善患者就医体验。
[Objective]To investigate the psychological experience of patients with fever during the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia and to further improve the patients’experience.[Methods]The descriptive phenomenological research method was used to interview the patients who were observed in the febrile clinic from February 10 to 17,2020.In this study,a total of 10 patients were interviewed,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi method.[Results]Two themes were identified.The first theme was the positive experience during the isolation period,including the confidence and optimistic attitude,the rational and objective understanding of the epidemic,the embodiment of social responsibility,the reflection on oneself and the society and the affirmation of the existing medical services.The second theme was the negative experience during the isolation period,including frustration,conflict,fear,uncertainty about follow-up medical services,and lack of understanding of relevant policies.[Conclusion]Patients in isolation mainly have negative psychological experience,such as fear,worry and contradiction.Hospitals should take a variety of measures to strengthen patients’psychological care,and at the same time do a good job in patients’personalized health education to improve patients’medical experience.
