摘要
目的:建立食品中罗丹明B的液相色谱-电喷雾质谱检测方法(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)。方法:样品经酸化乙腈提取,正己烷去脂后,经固相萃取小柱(MCX)净化,富集后采用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱进行检测,以正离子多反应监测模式测定,外标定量。结果:罗丹明的线性范围为2-50 ng/mL,加标回收率为90.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差小于10.0%(n=6);方法检出限为1μg/kg。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适合用于食品中罗丹明B的确证检测。
Objective To establish an analytical method for the detection of rhodamine B residues in feed.Methods After the samples were extracted by acidified acetonitrile,it was purified by solid phase extraction cartridge(MCX)after removal of fat,after enrichment,it was detected by a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The positive electrospray ionization(ESI+)mode and multiple reactions monitoring(MRM)were adopted to detect,external standard method was used for quantitative determination.Results The linear range of rhodamine B was 2.0-50 ng/mL.The average recoveries of rhodamine B from spiked sample at three concentration levels were between 90%and 110%with RSD(n=6),the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 10%(n=6).The limits of quantitation(LOD)were 1μg/kg.Conclusion The proposed method is fast,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for detecting rhodamine B in feed samples.
