摘要
无锡作为大运河流经的城市,有着独具特色的运河遗产文化,同时,无锡又是近代著名的民族工商业城市,老字号建筑代表了晚清至今的城市发展脉络,是无锡城市经济文化发展的重要组成部分。然而,老字号品牌历经了历史的沧桑,在现代城市的快速更新下,传统老式的经营方式面临着严重的发展瓶颈。本文将无锡城市空间与老字号建筑遗产的分布关系做分析,从老字号建筑风格的演变着手,通过老字号建筑与城市空间的分布特征与建筑遗产价值等方面的分析,研究老字号建筑遗产发展的策略。
As the city through which the grand canal flows,wuxi has a unique canal heritage culture.At the same time,wuxi is also a famous modern national industrial and commercial city.Time-honored buildings represent the urban development vein from the late qing dynasty to the present,which is an important part of the economic and cultural development of wuxi city.However,time-honored brands have gone through the vicissitudes of history.Under the rapid renewal of modern cities,the traditional and old-fashioned business methods are facing serious development bottlenecks.This paper analyzes the distribution relationship between the urban space of wuxi and the architectural heritage of time-honored brands,starts from the evolution of the architectural style of time-honored brands,and studies the development strategies of the architectural heritage of time-honored brands through the analysis of the distribution characteristics of time-honored brands and urban space and the value of architectural heritage.
