浅议福州近代建筑设备的引进、使用与影响(1844~1949)

On Introduction,Use and Influence of Modern Construction Equipment in Fuzhou(1844~1949)

建筑设备的引进与发展对中国近代城市发展具有重要作用,尤其在农业社会向工业社会转型过程中意义重大,福州也不例外,近代建筑设备的使用是其城市发展历史的一个缩影。文章通过文献耙疏和实地调研,以史料为线索回顾了1844~1949年间福州城市在建筑设备引进后于电力、通讯、医疗、消防、市政设施等方面的近代化建设,对典型案例进行研究,并试图分析建筑设备的引进对福州城市近代化的意义与影响。研究发现,虽然福州近代对于建筑设备的使用程度较低,但重要典型案例不仅在当时颇具影响,其成果时至今日依然有所体现。

The introduction and development of construction equipment plays an important role in the development of modern Chinese cities,especially in the process of transformation from agricultural society to industrial society.Fuzhou is no exception.The use of modern construction equipment is a microcosm of its urban development history.This paper reviews the modernization construction of Fuzhou City in power,communication,medical treatment,fire protection,municipal facilities and other aspects after the introduction of construction equipment from 1844 to 1949,and studies typical cases,and attempts to analyze the significance and impact of the introduction of construction equipment on the modernization of Fuzhou City.It is found that although the use of construction equipment in modern Fuzhou was relatively low,important typical cases were not only influential at that time,but their achievements are still reflected today.
