淮海经济区城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展分析

Analysis on the Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Ecoenvironment in Huaihai Economic Zone

通过构建城镇化与生态环境综合发展评价体系,采用耦合协调度模型,选取了城镇化与生态环境系统的7个子系统20个指标,对2017年淮海经济区城镇化与生态环境耦合协调进行实证研究。最后得到淮海经济区内除徐州市城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度为低度协调外,其余城市均为中度失调的结果,并对淮海经济区城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展提出发展对策与建议。

By constructing a comprehensive evaluation system for urbanization and ecological environment,and using a coupled coordination degree model,20 indicators of 7 subsystems of urbanization and ecological environment system were selected to coordinate the coupling of urbanization and ecological environment in the Huaihai Economic Zone in 2017 Empirical Research.Finally,combined with the analysis results,the development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of the urbanization and ecological environment of the Huaihai Economic Zone.
