基于U型理论的MOOC4.0下学习场域的构建

摘要 当今所有优秀的传统学习方法都是向过去的经验和优秀案例学习,如"最佳实践"。随着学生步入一个破坏性变革层出不穷的时代,"向未来学习"的意义变得日益重大。当前MOOC平台下混合学习的教学也是完全异步的学习过程,所有的资源素材都是按照学习个体预先录制和按需查看的;而且课堂上优秀的学习方法都是向过去的经验学习。本文基于U型理论提出MOOC4.0的教学模式,寻求一种新的学习和教学方法,构建学习者"向未来或改变学习"的学习场域。 All excellent traditional learning methods today are learning from past experiences and excellent cases like the method"Best Practice".As students enter an era in which disruptive changes emerge one after another,the significance of"Learning from the Future"becomes increasingly important.The method of blended learning under the current MOOC platform is also a completely asynchronous learning process.All resources are pre-recorded and viewed on demands,and even the excellent classroom learning methods are learning from past experiences.Based on the U-shaped theory,this paper proposes the MOOC4.0 teaching mode to seek a new learning and teaching method and construct a learning field where learners"Learn from the Future or Changes".
