摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤中Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Pb 6种痕量元素,选用Rh和Re作为内标物,在一定范围内质量浓度与其信号强度呈线性关系,线性相关系数能达到0.9999。其加标回收率范围在82.1%~104%,精密度为0.97%~4.08%,标准土壤样品测试能满足要求,对南方某纤维制造企业旧厂土壤进行重金属分析,测试结果符合标准要求。
In this paper,microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used for determination of 6 kinds of trace quantity metals of Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd and Pd in soils.Rh and Re were selected as internal standards,within a certain mass range,the signal strength is linear,and the linear correlation coefficient can reach 0.9999.Recoveries ranged from 82.1%~104% and the precision ranged from 0.97% to 4.08%,the standard soil sample can meet the requirements.Analysis was carried out on the soils of an old plant of a fiber manufacturing enterprise in south of China,the test results meets the standard requirements.
