廉洁文化是企业文化的重要组成部分,如何加强廉洁文化建设是企业高质量发展过程中的一项关键议题。本文首先说明了国有企业廉洁文化建设的重要性,其次指出了国有企业廉洁文化建设中存在的问题,最后以中国石化销售股份有限公司华中分公司的廉洁文化建设实践为例,探索提出加强国有企业廉洁文化建设的途径与方法。

As an important part of corporate culture,integrity culture is a key issue in the process of highquality development of enterprises.This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the construction of integrity culture in state-owned enterprises,and took the practice of the construction of integrity culture in Huazhong Branch of SINOPEC Sales Company as an example to explore ways to strengthen the construction of integrity culture in state-owned enterprises.
