摘要
培训的数字化转型是互联网时代背景下企业培训发展的必然趋势。本文介绍了中国石化销售股份有限公司培训数字化发展历程及存在的主要问题,结合2020年上半年疫情影响下企业数字化培训的实践,分享了销售企业数字化培训的应用体会及对培训数字化转型的思考,提出了数据驱动和员工的自我驱动的“双驱动”培训数字化转型模式,以期对其他同类企业有所借鉴与参考。
It is an inevitable trend to do the digital transformation of employee training in the development of corporate training under the background of the Internet era.This article introduced the development history of training digitalization and main problems of SINOPEC Sales Co.,Ltd.It shared the practice and thinking on the digital transformation of training in sales companies by combining with the practice of digital training for enterprises under the influence of the pandemic in the first half of 2020.It finally proposed a“dual-driven”training digital transformation model,which refers to“data-driven”and“self-driven”,with a view to providing measures and references for other similar enterprises.
