小儿牛黄清心散佐治急性上呼吸道感染并热性惊厥的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder on acute upper respiratory tract infection with febrile convulsion

目的探讨小儿牛黄清心散佐治急性上呼吸道感染并热性惊厥的疗效。方法选取2018-04至2019-12我收治的院94例急性上呼吸道感染并热性惊厥患儿,按数字随机抽取,将其分成观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=47)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入小儿牛黄清心散佐治,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、临床症状体征消失时间及不良反应、热性惊厥再次发作情况。结果观察组患儿治疗后总有效率(97.87%)高于对照组(85.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿热性惊厥再次发作发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(8.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、流涕消失时间、鼻塞消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻、皮疹、呕吐、电解质紊乱发生率与对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿牛黄清心散佐治急性上呼吸道感染并热性惊厥具有明显效果,可促进患儿症状消失,预防惊厥再次发作,不良反应少,可推广使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder on acute upper respiratory tract infection with febrile convulsion.Methods 94 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and febrile convulsion treated in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=47).The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and recurrent febrile convulsions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.87%vs 85.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of febrile convulsion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(0.00%vs 8.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of fever reduction,disappearance of runny nose and nasal obstruction in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,rash,vomiting and electrolyte disorder between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder has obvious effect in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection with febrile convulsion.It can promote the disappearance of symptoms,prevent the recurrence of convulsion,and has few adverse reactions.
