摘要 大规模伤亡事件(mass casualty incident,MCI)是指伤亡救援所需的医疗资源明显超过当地具备的在相对较短的时间内可用的医疗资源。近年来我国各种原因所致的MCI频发,突发事件紧急医学救援形势严峻。军队一直都是MCI救援的重要力量,本文介绍了外军MCI现场救援的检伤分类方法和实施原则的最新进展,基于我国《国家突发公共事件医疗卫生救援应急预案》,提出了MCI现场急救应遵循的策略及现场救治技术,并强调了MCI演习的重要性。 Mass casualty incident(MCI)refers to the situation when medical resources required for casualty rescue significantly exceed those available locally in a relatively short period of time.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of MCI caused by various reasons in China makes the situation of emergency medical rescue severe.Military Forces home and abroad have always been an important part in the MCI rescue.This paper introduces the proceedings of the MCI triage method and the implementation of the on-site rescue principle of the foreign military forces,and proposes the strategy and on-site rescue techniques for the MCI based on National Public Emergency Medical Rescue Plan of China,and underlines the importance of MCI rescue exercises.
