摘要
箱式钢结构集成模块化建筑是一种实现模块单元工业化生产和现场化组装的新型装配式建造方式,对推动我国装配式建筑技术的革新与应用起到积极作用。对模块建筑的技术内涵特点与应用现状进行叙述,并以东莞市某项目为依托,重点从建筑设计、结构设计、现场施工安装等方面对箱式钢结构集成模块建筑建造实践进行系统研究,旨在为模块建筑推广提供案例实践经验。
Box steel prefabricated prefinished volumetric building is a new type of assembled construction mode to realize the industrial production and field assembly of modular units,which plays a positive role in promoting the innovation and application of China’s assembled construction technology.Based on a project in Dongguan City,this paper systematically studies the construction practice of box steel prefabricated prefinished volumetric building from the aspects of architectural design,structural design,site construction and installation,aiming to provide practical experience for the promotion of modular building.
