某典型工业厂房装配式楼板设计及分析 被引量:1

摘要 徐州市某典型工业厂房项目采用装配式楼板设计。考虑到典型工业厂房的特点,通过装配式楼板设计的分析,采用装配式叠合楼板时,宜采用单向板拆分设计,减少楼板钢筋出筋范围,从而提高施工安装现场后置钢筋的效率;同时应考虑装配式楼板的拆分设计对构件运输及现场构件吊装的影响,充分考虑构件拆分的合理性及经济性。采用仅对楼板进行装配式设计的设计方法,经对建筑装配率中主体结构计算的核算,该典型工业厂房可取得装配式评价标准要求的主体结构评分最低要求分(20分)。该设计方法将较容易让工业厂房单体达到较高的装配率,满足建筑物单体装配式政策的要求,同时也能减少建筑物因采用装配式建设提高的成本。 A typical industrial plants project in Xuzhou is designed with assembled slab.Considering the characteristics of typical industrial plants,through the analysis of the design of assembled slab,when the concrete composite slab is adopted,the one-way slab separation design should be adopted to reduce the steel bar reach range of the floor slab,so as to improve the installation efficiency of the post steel bar;at the same time,the influence of the separation design of the assembled slab on the component transportation and component lifting should be considered,and the separation design of the component should be fully considered rationality and economically.When only the assembled slab design is implemented,based on the calculation of the main structure in the building assembled proportion,the typical industrial plants obtained the minimum score of 20 points required by the assembly evaluation standard.This design method will make the single building of industrial plant reach a higher assembled proportion,meet the requirements of the single building assembled policy,and reduce the cost of the building due to the use of assembly construction.
