摘要
"芸台购"读者荐购服务平台实施4年以来,在图书馆读者荐购工作中发挥了重要作用。文章选取我国8所高校图书馆作为调查对象,对其图书馆主页、微信公众平台宣传服务内容、效果、荐购规则、存在弊端等现状进行调查和分析,提出完善资源宣传的管理及运行机制、提升微信公众平台的服务能力、激发读者的荐购热情、制定符合馆藏的荐购标准等建议。
Since the implementation of"yuntaigou"service platform for four years,it has played an important role in the work of library readers’recommendation and purchase.This paper selects 8 university libraries in China as the objects of investigation,analyzes the current situation of the library homepages,WeChat public platform service contents,effects,recommendation rules,and disadvantages,and puts forward suggestions on improving the management and operation mechanism of resource publicity,improving the service ability of WeChat public platform,stimulating readers’enthusiasm for recommendation and purchasing,and formulating the recommendation and purchasing standards in line with the collection.
