摘要
目的:了解乌鲁木齐市家庭医生团队人员现状及对签约服务工作满意度情况,分析签约服务制度运行现状,提出完善家庭医生签约服务制度的建议,为进一步实施乌鲁木齐市家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法:于2019年7月,抽取乌鲁木齐市4个辖区16所社区卫生中心,对机构内所有家庭医生团队成员进行满意度调查,获取256个有效样本量。结果:家庭医生团队成员对签约服务工作的总体满意度分值为(3.70±0.64);基于各项目分析中,满意度得分较高的为与同事关系(4.29±0.86)、与团队长关系(4.26±0.87)及与居民沟通关系情况(4.23±0.86);各维度分析中,工作考评机制满意度与总体满意度相关度最高,相关系数为0.959;职称及月收入是影响家庭医生团队成员满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生团队成员对签约服务工作总体为比较满意水平,仍需进一步提高,建议加强家庭医生团队建设,提升服务水平,建立有效的激励措施,调动家庭医生成员积极性,实施可持续签约服务。
Objective:To understand the status quo of the family doctor team in Urumqi and their satisfaction with the contracting service,analyze the status quo of the contracting service system,and put forward Suggestions on improving the contract service system for family doctors,so as to provide reference for further promoting the contracting service for family doctors in Urumqi.Methods:In July 2019,a total of 16 community health centers in 4 districts of Urumqi city were selected to conduct a satisfaction survey of all family doctor team members in the institution,and 256 effective sample sizes were obtained.Results:The overall satisfaction score of the family doctor team members for the contracting service work was(3.70±0.64),Based on the analysis of each project,The higher satisfaction scores were the relationship with colleagues(4.29±0.86),the relationship with the team leader(4.26±0.87),and the communication with the residents(4.23±0.86).In all dimensions,There was the highest correlation between job evaluation mechanism satisfaction and overall satisfaction,with a correlation coefficient of up to 0.959.Job title and monthly income were the factors that affected the satisfaction of family doctor team members(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family doctor team members are generally satisfied with the contracting service work,but it needs to be further improved.It is recommended to strengthen the family doctor team building,improve the service level,establish effective incentives,and mobilize the enthusiasm of family doctor members,implement sustainable contract signing services.
