Research on Residents'Health Information Access Behavior in Henan

目的:通过对河南省18地市居民的健康信息获取行为进行分析,探索居民健康信息获取的行为特征、影响因素等,以期为提升居民健康素养、改善健康信息服务部门服务质量提供参考意见。方法:利用SPSS 23.0统计软件对调研数据进行简单的描述性统计分析。结果:在健康信息获取时,可靠性是河南省居民健康信息获取时首要考虑因素,其次为成本和方便性;在健康信息的获取途径方面,互联网是重要的健康信息获取途径,城乡、文化程度、家庭收入及职业对健康信息获取途径差异有统计学意义;健康科普知识是健康信息获取内容类型的首选,在所调查获取内容类型中所占比例为39.7%,其次为公共卫生事件报道、医学专业知识、媒体评论。结论:应加强互联网健康信息内容审核机制,保证健康信息的可靠性和权威性,提升卫生政务新媒体的健康信息服务能力,营造良好的健康信息获取环境,不断提升居民健康信息素养。

Objective:To analyze residents'health information access behavior,to explore the factors that affect the behavior in Henan Province and improve residents'health literacy,to provide reference opinions for improving the health literacy of residents and improving the service quality of health information service departments.Methods:Using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to perform simple descriptive statistical analysis of survey data.Results:When obtaining health information,reliability was the primary consideration when obtaining health information for residents in Henan province,followed by cost and convenience.In terms of obtaining health information,the Internet was an important method for obtaining health information,including urban and rural areas,education level,and family Income and occupation had statistically significant differences in the ways to obtain health information;health science knowledge was the first choice for health information acquisition content types,accounting for 39.7%of the surveyed content types,followed by public health incident reports and medical expertise,media comments.Conclusion:The Internet health information content review mechanism should be strengthened to ensure the reliability and authority of health information,improve the health information service capabilities of new health government media,create a good environment for obtaining health information,and continuously improve the health information literacy of residents.
