摘要
本文以江汉方舱医院为研究对象,分析医疗机构如何利用信息化手段应对重大突发公共卫生事件。研究表明,江汉方舱医院依托华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院急诊留观系统,建立了以电子病历系统为中心的信息系统,该系统与药房管理、物资管理、检查检验系统相对接,辅以病友服务平台,具备医生端、药师端、护士端、管理端、患者端五大界面,在疫情防治中发挥了重要作用。为进一步应对重大突发公共卫生事件,需顺应医疗信息化发展标准化、集成化、智能化、移动化和区域化的趋势,加强医疗机构云平台和区域卫生信息平台建设,构建“以患者为中心”的信息服务模式,推动医嘱电子化和医疗文书无纸化。
This study takes the Jianghan fangcang shelter hospital as the case to analyze how medical institutions use information technology to cope with public health emergencies.The Jianghan fangcang shelter hospital established an information system based on emergency observation system of Wuhan Union hospital,which is centered on electronic medical record system,connect with pharmacy management,material management,inspection system and has five interfaces,supplemented by patients'service platform,including doctor station,pharmacist station,nurse station,management station and patient station.It is concluded that in order to further comply with the trend of standardization,integration,intelligence,mobility and regionalization of medical informatization,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of cloud platform for medical institutions and regional health information platform,establish patient-centered information service model,and promote electronic orders and paperless medical documents.
